Ваши задачи

• Double-entry bookkeeping according to regulations for entrepreneurs (eg bank, invoices, creation and calculation of estimated items)
• Accrual, accounting of financial assets
• Wage Processing and Basic Personnel Knowledge (Labor Code)
• Processing of selected tax returns — VAT (including control statement), road tax, income tax
• Monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements processing as required by clientsCollaboration in creating internal guidelines and workflows
• Preparation of documents for the fulfillment of information obligations to the state administration and management of the company, Preparation of statistical reports
• Collaboration and communication with tax advisor, clients
• Preparation of documents and attachments to the financial statements of the company
• Management / mentoring the team of accountants
• Price calculation for billing new clients (valuation of accounting for the new client according to the documents)
• Accounting consultancy
• Representation of the client in the financial audits of the Tax Office
• Treasury management
• Summary reports for Health Insurance and Czech Social Security Administration

Кого мы ищем

• Secondary / postgraduate education in the economic field
• At least 9 years of experience in accounting
• Knowledge of double-entry accounting and tax records
• Knowledge of POHODA (accounting software) or any other accounting software
• Experience with people’s leadership is a great asset
• Advanced knowledge of PC (Word, Excel)
• Knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) is a great advantage
• Reliable, responsible and team-based approach to work
• Initiative, friendliness
