• Coordination of the custom clearance process of the imported goods
• Preparation and signature of the documents for equipment movement between Customer and Company
• Coordination and control of the equipment movement between Company and subcontractors
• Coordination and control of the work of Company (domestic transportation, warehousing)
• Entering the data about the movement of the goods into Company 1C system
• Entering the data about the movement of the goods into Customer’s SAP system
• End to end order management of services (site based)
• Preparation of the documents for the services (invoice, act of acceptance, material lists – site based)

Ваши задачи

• Logistic background
• Higher education (Logistics, IT or telecommunication)
• Knowledge of logistic specific in telecom sphere
• Experience in telecom (logistic, procurement, warehouse) not less than 3 years
• 1C and SAP programs — confident user
• Excellent command in English and Russian, verbal and written. Knowledge of Kazakh is a plus
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong computer skills
• Team player
